Treating process:

1. Exhausting process:

Dosage:   0.12~ 0.4%

Bath ratio:   1：10 ~ 30                           

Temperature:   120 ~ 130℃

Time:   30 ~ 60mins

PH   value:  5 ~ 11（acid PH is specially recommended）

2) Pad-bake process:

Dosage:  1.5 ~ 4.0g/L

Sizing temperature:   170 ~ 190℃

Use:

The product can be applied by the exhaust process from acid, neutral or alkaline baths and in the hydrogen peroxide bleach.

It also can be applied continuously by the pad-bake process and pad-steam systems suitable for printing and bleaching.

Package and storage:

120 kg plastic drum.

It is stable for 1 year when stored in closed containers at room temperature.
