Treating process: |
1. Exhaustion process under high temperature: Dosage: EBF-L 250%，0.1-1.0% o.w.f.; Dispersant:0.5-1g/l;Acetic acid adjustment: PH=4.5-5.5; Temperature: 120-130℃; Time:20-40min.
2. Continuous padding process: Dosage: EBF-L 250%，2-10g/l;Other auxiliaries: xg/l; Temperature: 180-185℃; Time:30 sec; Dip&squeeze: pick up 60-100%.
3. Single-stage optical brightening &resin finishing: Dosage: EBF-L 250% 1-10g/l; Silicone softener:10-40g/l; Resin: (Melocol: xg/l,resin catalyzer: xg/l); Baking time: 130℃×1min, Dip&squeeze: pick up 40-60%; Cure time:160-185℃× 2-3 min. Detailed process is according to customer's request. |

It's used for Optical Brightening Agent on polyester and its blends，and suitable for both exhaustion and padding, have excellent light fastness (7-8 grade),there are good stability for acid,hard water,peroxide & chlorite bleaching. |
