Treating process:

Padding process

Dosage: HPS-D   2-5 g/l for pad dyeing process

Procedure: one dip one pad (or two dip two pads, pick-up: 70%)→drying→stenering

Dipping process

HPS-D   0.2-0.5% (o.w.f)

Liquor ratio: 1:10-30

Optimum temperature: 98-120 ℃

Optimum time: 30-60 mins

PH value: 5-11

Use:

Suitable in the polyester fiber, as well the raw material of making paste form brightening agent in textile dyeing.

Package:

It is packed in 30Kg plastic drum. It can be packed according to the requirement of the user.
