Treating process: |
1.Bleaching process: Hydrogen peroxide: 50g/l, Sodium metasilicate: 0.5-1 g/l Detergent agent: 1-2g/l, bath ratio: 1:10-20 Process: 50℃ keep heating 60 min →wash with warm water→ wash with cold water 2. Brightening process: WGS: 0.2-1.0%, sodium hydrosulfite: 4%, adjust PH to 4-6 with HAC Process: 70°C keep heating 60 min wash with warm water→ wash with cold water |
