Treating process: |
exhausting whitening process: DBT: 0.05-0.3% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1:5-30, dyeing temperature: 40°C -100°C; Na2SO4:0-10g/l.,start temperature :30°C , heating rate:1-2°C /min, keep the temperature at 50-100℃ for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30°C --> wash--> dry( 100°C ) --> setting (120°C -150°C )×1-2 min( add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
